Our mission

As one of ten projects of LIFE Peat Restore, which mobilizes environmental organizations, universities, and businesses across five EU countries for peatland restoration, our partner Klub Przyrodników facilitates regeneration of multiple bog types in Slowinski National Park. We use various methods to rewet degraded peatlands. This includes constructing 214 dams from natural and locally available materials and removing trees and shrubs to facilitate natural regeneration. With additional projects in Estonia, Germany, Latvia and Lithuania, we're restoring more than 5,300 hectares across Europe.
