Our mission

Seven Lochs is Scotland's largest urban nature park. We understand that human health and the health of our ecosystems go hand-in-hand. Thus our vision combines community heritage projects, which engage locals in understanding the 10,000 year history of human habitation in the area, with restoring and sustaining a high-quality wetland environment. Our restoration and educational work will protect and enhance biodiversity; promote health and well-being; and contribute to environmental, economic and social regeneration.
