Our mission

The ‘Framework of Priority Actions’ for the recovery of the Mar Menor lagoon brings together research, restoration, regulation, and community engagement to halt and reverse ecosystem degradation. Through 10 lines of action, it supports the ecological transition of the basin—restoring wetlands, forest landscapes, mining sites, and natural water channels—while promoting biodiversity, sustainable livelihoods, and long-term resilience.
