Our mission

We are supplying five local farmer's organizations with over 50,000 fast-growing tree seedlings to be planted across Western Uganda. Our strategy combines reforestation of fast-growing trees with agroforestry systems that bolster food security and create sustainable value chains. We are also training 300 farmers in Good Agroforestry Practices, and work with companies to secure market access for farmers' sustainably harvested forest products. We have recruited 500 farmers thus far, and closely monitor their progress to improve scientific understanding of Forest Landscape Restoration.
